GCM and their subcontractors have installed over 4,000,000 square feet of geosynthetic liners including PVC, HDPE, LLDPE, Polypropylene, Woven and Non-woven Geotextiles. We field and laboratory test all our seems for strength and integrity.

Wastewater Lagoons

We have a complete site civil engineering design department equipped with earthwork modeling software, the latest version of autocadd and 20 years of successful experience in earthworking calculations for wastewater lagoons, ponds, landfill cells, and general site civil projects. We team with two geosynthetic companies in the western United States with an equal amount of experience that enable us to bid design-installation of liner projects for public and private clients from Washington to New Mexico. Seepage Testing

We conduct seepage tests of lined wastewater lagoons, irrigation ponds and other liquid collection systems. Our instrumentation can automatically data log ambient air temperature, rainfall, evaporation and liquid levels to an accuracy of 0.001 feet and for a period of three weeks or more. We provide full documentation and reporting with graphical output.

Geosynthetic Membrane Repairs

Occasionally we are asked to provide excavation, repair of lagoon earthen slopes and repair of lagoon geosynthetic liners. We recently provided this type of service for a City municipality in central Idaho.
